Referral Partner Guide

The Idea:

I’d rather invest in my community than in faceless ad platforms. This is my way of saying thank you for helping me find the right clients for the studio.

1. How the $75 Reward Works

  • The Referral: Your friend mentions your name when they book their consultation.

  • The Milestone: Once your friend completes their session and selects their image collection (minimum $695 collection + $495 session fee), the referral is active.

  • The Payout: I’ll send you $75 via E-transfer the same day their collection order is finalized. No waiting, no store credit—just cash.

2. What Your Friend Gets

  • 10% Gift: Because they were referred by you, they receive 10% off their entire experience (Session Fee + Image Collection).

  • The Experience: They get the full treatment: professional hair and makeup, access to the 200+ item wardrobe, and their own storytelling podcast.

3. The "Ambassador" Bonus

  • 10 Referrals = A Session for You: Successfully refer 10 people who complete a collection purchase, and your next Full Luxury Session is 100% on me and you’ll get 30% off your images collection

The Ground Rules

To keep this sustainable for the studio and fair for everyone, here is how we handle the details:

  1. New Friends Only: This "thank you" applies to people you introduce to the studio for the first time. If they’ve already shot with me before, they’re already part of the family!

  2. The Minimums: A referral is considered "complete" once the client has paid their session fee ($495) and purchased at least the Digital Bali Collection ($695).

  3. Timing: I send the $75 E-transfer once your friend has completed their image selection and finalized their payment.

  4. Cancellations: If a friend cancels their session or decides not to purchase a collection, the referral reward isn't triggered.

  5. Personal Use: The "10-Referral" complimentary session is for you. It has no cash value and can't be sold, but if you want to gift it to an immediate family member, just let me know.
